In 1968, Dr. Carl Sanders, a Ph.D. in engineering, led a research group of more than 100 scientists, engineers and medical doctors involving many institutions in San Jose Boston medical center. The group project was to find a microchip that could be implanted under the skin that allow the government to identify and quickly locate the person with the microchip in the body. The project was funded in part by the U.S. government and partly by private corporations between which were Motorola and General Electric.
His involvement in this group was by accident as the group's original goal had been to design biotech devices that could help solve medical problems. For example, the group developed the microchip Rambo amplifying the flow of adrenaline in the body. Another device was to stop the output of the pituitary gland that causes the flow of estrogen. Still another microchip was designed to produce electricity in certain strategic locations in the body to induce behavioral changes. Using this microchip can be called electronic acupuncture. But the original draft was not resolved and the goal was later changed to develop an identification microchip.
As project leader, Dr. Sanders attended 17 meetings of the promoters of One-World government in Brussels and Luxembourg. Among those attending the meeting were Henry Kissinger, Bob Gates, and representatives of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Participants raised the question that the world now has a population too large (5 billion) to control. The means of control people should be found. Said, "but we can not control them if we can not identify them."
The order came from the crowd of One-World Government with the research group of Dr. Sanders "was to find the microchip to help to work to control people on a global scale.
After 20 years of development, the group perfected a microchip so small it can pass through a hypodermic needle. Measures 0.75mm in diameter and 7mm in length. The microchip has 240 functions and including 9 categories of information with many subcategories.
The microchip is a transmitter that transmits a unique and distinctive signal in the L-band (1.000 megahertz) that the regulator can collect through a satellite. The person with the microchip in the body can be located 10 feet where he or she is unemployed.
