How To Get Rid Of Muscle Wastage Post Injury
Hola Lindas!!
No comí mucho, pero si tomé mucha cerveza, aunque no me arrepiento, because I had a great time! And the Sunday breakfast with my mom (a crepe with cheese and jam ccrema blackberry) and I ate with my dad (mariscos. ..).
was not in bad weekend, especially since at no time felt I lost control, nuclear anxiety was no follow binge eating ... And best of all, this morning the scale said I weigh 70kg! In one week I lost two kilos, so this week I reach 68, if or if!
Today I started on the wrong foot, because I won I was lazy and not running ... I'm too lazy, God! I would like an energy pill, if any ...
A big kiss!

Today was a good day! It started badly, because while I had breakfast ashamed to list everything I ate .... But from there I have not eaten or what I do because I'm going to bed (do not say sleep, because if you do not get). I took a pill sibutramine at noon, because hunger attacked me after 4pm, and so far everything under control. Hee drinking 2 cups of red tea and water, not much ...
I go to sleep now, before anything happens to make me leave this beautiful state of no hunger, no food! = D
Besos!

What Does A White Dot Mean
Ok, the damage count :
Thanks to my brilliant decision to eat "right" to prevent colitis I uploaded 4 kg! I'm back in 72! : '(So today was my first day of my new diet, which is not diet, just do not want to eat more than minimally necessary (Indispensable for? Do not know!):
Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 / 2 cup of light yogurt and some granola light (I could have skipped the granola!) and a cup of red tea without sugar.
Eating: A piece roasted chicken breast and some rice.
Dinner red tea without sugar and a graham cracker.
wanted to tell the truth calories but I am too lazy! : P
The fact is that although it was nothing "dramatic" I have been fatal all day! headache, dizziness, blurred vision, tremors and anxiety attacks ...
Besides, I think I'm entering another depression (obien I'm stuck, but good). I have no desire for anything, I do nothing of what it should do and do not give a damn , I have episodes of panic without knowing why and returned the urge to harm themselves ... The most frustrating thing is that not why I'm so! O good, rather there are so many things that are no longer ... My weight, my loneliness, my life in general! hate my life! is so horribly boring and monotonous ! And I have no desire to do anything! I literally spent the day lying on the sofa, my house is a mess, my schoolwork is atrasadísimo not want to leave, I will not even move, all I am too lazy, indifferent , I have sleep all day and when night comes I can not sleep! I'm so tired of living but nothing motivates me to do something to change it! Have you ever felt this way? It's horrible!
But today I overcame an obstacle and turned to run , half an hour but at least I got! Do not know what will become of my life if I continue like this ... going to die!

How Do You Get Pruritus
Good and bad reasons to believe.
Dear Juliet:
Now that you have completed 10 years, I write about a thing for me is very important. "Have you ever wondered how we know what we know? How do we know, for example, that the stars that look like tiny pinpricks in the sky, are actually giant balls of fire as the sun, but they are far away? How do we know that the Earth is a smaller ball, which revolves around these stars, the sun?
The answer to these questions is "by the evidence." Sometimes, "evidence" literally means to see (or hear, touch, smell) that something is true. Astronauts have left the Earth long enough to see with their own eyes is round. Other times, our eyes need help. The "morning star" looks like a bright twinkle in the sky, but with a telescope we can see that it is a beautiful area: the planet we call Venus. What we learn directly seeing (or hearing it, feeling it, etc..) Is called "observation."
Often, the evidence is not just pure observation, but is always based on observation. When a murder is committed, it is common that no one has noticed (except the murderer and the murdered person.) But researchers can collect many observations, a set point to a particular suspect. If fingerprints of a person match those found on the knife, it shows that the person touched. It does not prove who committed the murder, but also can help show whether there are many evidences that point to the same person. Sometimes, a detective begins to think in a lot of comments and suddenly realize that they all fall into place and make sense if we assume that John Doe was the one who committed the murder.
scientists-specialists in discovering what is true in the world and the universe, often work like detectives. Make a guess (they call it hypothesis) of that might be true. And then they say: if this were really so, we should see such a thing. This is called prediction. For example if the world is truly round, we could predict that a traveler who always advance in the same direction will eventually reach the same point of the departed. When the doctor says you have measles, not that I have looked and seen measles. His first look gives you a scenario: you may have measles. Then he goes and says: "If you really have measles, you should see ...." And start reviewing its entire list of predictions, testing them with the eyes (do you have spots?), hands (do you heat the front?) and ears (do you sound the chest as it sounds when you have the measles?). Only then decide to declare "Diagnosing the girl has measles." Sometimes, doctors need to perform other tests such as blood tests or x-rays, to supplement the observations with their eyes, hands and ears.
The way scientists use evidence to learn about the world is so ingenious and complicated that I can not explain to you the letter so quickly. But let us for now the evidence, which is a good reason to believe something, because I want to warn you against three bad reasons to believe any thing called "tradition", "authority" and "revelation."
Start with the tradition. A few months ago I was on TV, chatting with some 50 children. These children were invited educated in different religions: there were Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs ... The presenter went to the microphone from child to child, asking what they thought. What children say shows exactly what I mean by "tradition." Their beliefs had nothing to do with the evidence. They just repeat beliefs of their parents and grandparents, who were not based on any evidence. They said things like "Hindus believe such and such", "Muslims believe this and that," Christians believe something else. "
Obviously, since each believed different things, it was impossible that all were right. Apparently, the man with the microphone that was fine and even encouraged them to discuss their differences. But this is not what interests me at the moment. What I want is to ask where they came from their beliefs. Had left the tradition. Tradition is the transmission beliefs of grandparents to parents, parents to children, and so on. Or by reading books that are still for centuries. Many times, traditional beliefs originate from almost nothing: it is possible that someone invented at some point, as it had to occur with the ideas of Thor and Zeus, but when they are transmitted for a few centuries, the fact that are very old makes them special. People think certain things just because many people have believed the same for centuries. That is the tradition.
The problem with tradition is that no matter how old it is a story, it is equally true or false that when he invented the original idea. If you invent a story that is true, it will become true because it is passed on for centuries, for many centuries to be.
In England, much of the population has been baptized in the Anglican Church, which is just one of many branches of Christianity. There are other branches such as Russian Orthodox, Roman Catholic and Methodist. Each believes different things. The Jewish and Muslim religion are a little different, and there are several different kinds of Jews and Muslims. People who think one thing is ready to make war against those who believe things slightly different, so that you can think they have good reasons-evidence-to believe what they believe. But the truth is that their beliefs are only due to different traditions.
Let's talk about a particular tradition. Catholics believe that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was so special that did not die but was assumed into heaven with his physical body. Other Christian traditions disagree, saying that Mary died like everyone else. These other religions do not talk much about Mary, or call her "Queen of Heaven" as the Catholics. The tradition that Mary's body was raised to heaven is not very old. The Bible says nothing about how or when died, in fact, the poor woman only is mentioned in the Bible. So that his body was raised to the heavens was not invented until about six centuries after Christ. At first, it was not just a story made up, like Snow White or otherwise. But over the centuries was becoming a tradition and people started to take it seriously, just because the story had been passed down through many generations. The older the tradition, the more seriously the people take. And finally, in very recent times, declared it was an official belief of the Catholic Church that this happened in 1950 when I was your age you are now. But the story was not true in 1950 than when first invented six hundred years after Mary's death.
the end of this letter shall return to tradition, to be considered differently. But first I have to tell you about the other two bad reasons for believing one thing: the authority and revelation.
Authority, as a reason for believing something, means you have to believe in it because someone important tells you to believe. In the Catholic Church, for example, the most important person is the Pope, and people think it has to be right just because it's the Pope. In one of the branches of Islam, the most important are bearded old men called ayatollahs. In our country there are many Muslims willing to commit murder just because the Ayatollahs in a faraway country tell them to.
When you said that in 1950 he finally said Catholics had to believe in the Assumption into heaven of Mary's body, what I meant is that in 1950 the Pope told them they had to believe in it . That was enough. The Pope said it was true, then had to be true! But most likely, all that said the Pope during his life, some things were true and others were not true. There is no valid reason to believe that everything you say just because it's the Pope, just as you have no reason to believe anything you tell anyone else. The current Pope has ordered his followers not to limit the number of their children. If people keep their authority as blindly as he would like, the result would be terrible hunger, disease and wars caused by overpopulation.
Of course, science also happens sometimes that we have not personally seen the evidence, and we have to accept someone's word. For example, I have not seen it with my own eyes no evidence that the light forward at a speed of 300,000 km per second, however, I believe in books that tell me the speed of light. This might look like "authority" but in reality is much better than authority because the people who wrote those books himself had seen the evidence, and any such evidence can check whenever you want. This is very comforting. But even priests dare to say that there is some evidence of his story about the ascent into heaven of Mary's body.
The third bad reason to believe in things called "revelation." If in 1950 you had been asking the Pope how he knew that Mary's body had ascended into heaven, chances are you would have responded that "he revealed." What he did was lock herself in her room and pray for guidance. I had thought and thought, always alone, and each time he felt more confident. When religious people have the inner sense that one thing is certain, though there is no evidence that it is so, call that feeling "revelation." Not only the popes claim to have revelations. The have lots of people of all religions, and is one of the main reasons why they believe the things they believe. But is a good reason?
Suppose I told you that your dog has dead. I'd be very sad and I probably would ask, "Are you sure? How do you know? How did it happen? "And I suppose I answered:" Actually I do not know that Pepe is dead. I have no evidence. But I feel inside the curious feeling that he is dead. " You angry with me for having frightened, because you know that a "feel" interior is not sufficient reason to believe that a whippet is dead. We need evidence. We all have inner feelings from time to time, and sometimes we are successful and sometimes not. It is clear that two different people can have opposite feelings, so how we will decide which of the two is right? The only way to ensure that a dog is dead is dead see, to hear that his heart has stopped, or tell us what anyone who has seen or heard any real evidence that he is dead.
Sometimes people say I must believe in the internal sensations, because otherwise you can never rely on things like "my wife loves me." But this is a bad argument. You can find plenty of evidence that somebody loves you. If you're with someone who loves you all day long you'll be seeing and hearing bits of evidence, which can add up. This is not a pure feeling inside, like that priests call revelation. External data are confirming the inner feeling: looks in your eyes, loving intonations in the voice, little favors and kindnesses, all that is authentic evidence.
Sometimes a person feels a strong inner sense that someone loves without relying on any evidence, and in these cases most likely be completely wrong. There are people with strong inner conviction that a famous film star loves them, although in reality the crash even know them. Such people have a sick mind. The inner feelings have to be supported by evidence, otherwise we can not trust them.
The insights are useful in science, but only for ideas that then have to test for evidence. A scientist may have a "gut feeling" about an idea that, for now, only "seems" right. In itself, this is not a good reason to believe anything, but it can be reason enough to spend some time doing a particular experiment or look for evidence in a particular way. Scientists use inside feelings constantly for ideas, but these ideas are worthless if not supported with evidence.
I promised that we would return to de la tradición, para considerarla de una manera distinta. Nadamos in a "sea of people." Like the fish need gills to survive in the water, people need brains to be able to deal with other people. The sea is full of salt water, but the sea of people is full of difficult things to learn. As the language.
You speak English, but your friend Ann-Kathrin speaks German. Each one of you speak the language that lets you talk on your "sea of people." The language is transmitted by tradition. There is no other way. In England, your dog is a dog Pepe. In Germany, is ein Hund. None of these words is more correct or more truthful than the other. Both are transmitted very simple. To be able to swim well in their own "sea of people", children must learn the language of your country and many other things about his people, and this means they have to absorb, like blotting paper, a huge amount of traditional information (Remember that "traditional information" means, simply, things that are passed from grandparents to parents and families.) The child's brain has to absorb all the traditional information and you can not expect your child choose the good and useful information such as language words, discarding the false or stupid, like believing in witches, devils and immortal virgins.
is a shame, but you can prevent things are. As the children have to absorb as much traditional information is likely to tend to believe everything adults tell them, whether true or false, they are right or not. Many things that adults say they are true and based on evidence, or at least common sense. But if I say something that is false, stupid or even evil, how can prevent your child believe it too? And what will these children when they become adults? Well sure to tell the children of the next generation. And so, as people have begun to believe one thing, but is completely false and never there is reason to believe it, "you can continue to believe forever.
Could this be what has happened with religions? Believing in one or more gods in the sky, in the immortality of Mary, Jesus had no human father, in which sentences are served, in which wine becomes blood ... none of these beliefs is supported by fair tests. Yet millions of people believe them, possibly because they were told to be believed when they were still small enough to believe anything.
Millions of people believe in different things, because they were told to believe in them as children. A Muslim children are told different things that tell the Christian children, and both groups grow quite convinced they are right and others wrong. Even among Christians, Catholics believe different things than they think the Anglicans, the Episcopalians, the Shakers, Quakers, Mormons or the holly rollers, and all are absolutely convinced they are right and others wrong. They believe different things exactly the same reasons that you speak English and your friend Ann-Kathrin speaks German. Each of the two languages is the correct language in your country. But religions are not can say that each is correct in his own country, because every religion says different things and contradict others. Mary can not be alive in Catholic Southern Ireland and dead in Protestant Northern Ireland.
What can you do with all this? To you is not going to be easy to do anything, because you only have 10 years. But you could try one thing: next time someone says something that seems important think to yourself: "Is this one of those things that people tend to believe based on evidence? Or is one of those things that people believe by tradition, authority or revelation? "Y the next time someone tells you that something is true, try to ask "What evidence is there of that?" And if they can give you an answer, I hope you'll think very carefully before believing a word of what you say.

Urethra Play In Women
Genesis Chapter 1 2.0:
Before social networks like Tumblr and Twitter became so popular, if someone wanted to translate an idea, comment or personal opinion and also interact and meet people it tended to write a blog, that has changed. With the rise of microblogging met a new way to achieve this more quickly but somewhat limited. There is no doubt that Twitter is a great web 2.0 tool thanks to its character of "instant" (there you find out before anyone else what they are eating Juan Perez and what pop star is openly gay), I to share ideas and information, but can also interact
brevity is precisely this which leads me to create this blog because there are times when a subject is required to develop a more comprehensive and detailed. So my dear
followers when they need to read more than a tweet can offer, feel free to stop by this blog his heavenly trust. Amen. PD
